About A Self Storage
On the corner of West Broadway and Chamberlain Avenue in Haledon, A Self Storage offers vehicle storage alongside regular self storage. The place is fenced and alarmed, and reviewers often mention feeling safe leaving their things there. A 4.6 rating across 236 reviews says something about consistency. Staff get a lot of credit in the reviews. People call them kind and friendly, and one reviewer said an employee explained unit options clearly and made renting easy. Long-term tenants also note that switching unit sizes is smooth. Cleanliness comes up too, with more than one person pointing out neat, clean units. Not every review is glowing. One customer had trouble with late fees when a bank check was delayed in the mail and found the accounting side frustrating. Access was also called spotty depending on the keypad. Worth keeping in mind if you pay by check. Otherwise, the operation feels local and personal, and the location is easy to find near The Brownstone.
