About Public Storage
Public Storage sits in Woodland Park, New Jersey, and the reviews back up the 4.8 rating across 462 of them. A lot of people single out the staff, and Sal comes up again and again as friendly and patient with questions. One reviewer said he walked them through the options and made the whole thing quick. Another mentioned Julius taking time to explain paperwork and show them to the unit. Units run large, up to 10x25, with inside and outside options. Some have climate control, some sit on the ground floor with drive-up access, and a few are near the door or elevator. Access is 24/7. The site is wheelchair accessible, entrance and parking lot both. It is not all five stars. One long-term renter said rent climbed every year and found water damage on items at move-out, and was told no insurance meant no claim. Another was annoyed by stickers left on their own lock. Worth knowing before you sign.
