About AA New Storage
Plenty of storage places sit along the Costa Mesa stretch, but this one has a 4.9 average across 153 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: how clean the property is and how far the managers go to help. Ana and Victor get named over and over, often for smoothing out stressful moves. The grounds are gated with electronic access and 24/7 video recording, and units are alarmed. One long-term tenant of 15-plus years says they have never had a pest or dampness problem. Others describe the rental process as quick and the atmosphere as welcoming, with friendly neighbors in the units around them. First-time renters get a free move-in truck, and the owner's description mentions 50% off on a unit. If you are parking a rig in the Newport or Costa Mesa area, this is one to put on your short list. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
