About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Costa Mesa and runs 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. The lot handles outside drive-up units in larger sizes, and there is elevator access for the upstairs units. Reviews here lean hard on the staff. People mention Kat and Araceli and Emory by name, saying they answer questions, explain how things work, and stay on top of issues. One reviewer described Emory checking locks daily and calling about a better way to secure a unit. Others call the place clean and updated. The company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. Online eRental lets you skip the counter. Accessibility features include a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.

What renters mention
“I was so impressed by the kind lady working at the site at 2099 Placentia in Costa mesa.” – Erick (., 4 months ago, on Google
“Easy and convenient...the app makes coming and going so easy! The BEST part is Kat, the on-site manager. I signed up using the virtual agent, which was a bit confusing, but meeting Kat on my first visit made it all ok.” – Lorraine D., 2 years ago, on Google
“This review is for Emory. He checks all the locks daily to make sure every lock is locked correctly. My lock was locked but potentially not secure. He called me and showed me the better and more secure way to lock.” – Jackie K., a year ago, on Google
