About AAAA Self Storage
The building sits at 110 E 22nd St in Norfolk, behind the IHOP on 21st St. It has four loading docks, flat bed carts and freight elevators, which helps if your unit is on an upper floor. The whole building is locked at night, and there is a fire suppression system. Some units are climate controlled, not all of them. Reviews often mention Brian at the front desk. People say he walked them through the leasing steps, showed them around and made a first-time renter feel their things would be safe. Others call staff kind and the move-in smooth. The 4.6 rating comes from 148 reviews. Some reviewers have complaints. A few say the phone goes unanswered and that only some units are climate controlled. One person described ceiling damage on the third floor. Ask what you are getting before you sign. Hours are limited, so plan your visit.
