About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage on the self-storage side of things in Norfolk, but the category list puts RV, boat and auto storage in the mix too. Covered storage is mentioned. Units listed run from medium 10x10 up to large 10x30, and the larger ones are climate controlled inside units with rollup doors, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Access is 24/7. Reviews lean hard on the staff: 56 of them mention kind employees, and Brenda and Karen come up by name again and again for walking people through the rental and making a stressful move feel manageable. Reviewers also note carts are easy to check out and the space is clean. One thing worth knowing before you commit: a cluster of reviews describes a rat infestation, including belongings found with droppings after a deployment. The staff member was apologetic but the reviewer says nothing was done. Go in with eyes open and ask questions.
