About AAAA Self Storage
AAAA Self Storage sits near downtown Norfolk, serving the neighborhoods and businesses around the downtown area. The facility offers indoor, climate-controlled units in a range of sizes, and staff can help you pick one that fits what you're storing. Reviews average 4.6 stars over 206 ratings, and the people who work the front desk come up often. Reviewers describe the manager Wes as helpful, and Ulysses gets named for being polite and sorting out a snag with a rental. Others call the place clean and well maintained. One long-term customer stayed four years and got moved to a bigger indoor unit at the same rate when an insulation problem hit their outside unit. Rent is the most-mentioned topic in reviews. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a break-in and said the facility had no video of the event. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit.
