About Affordable Storage Colonial Parkway
This is a family owned and operated RV and boat storage lot in Katy. Reviewers describe it as mid-pack on price, not the cheapest in town, and the units one reviewer looked at were serviceable. What comes up again and again is the manager and front office staff: nice, helpful, professional. One long-term renter remembers getting a call because a unit was left unlocked, and says nothing has gone missing in over a year. Access matters here. A business customer who has stored equipment for six years picks up whenever they need to, including late nights for pressure washing and lot sweeping. There is a gate code and cameras around the property. Another renter says problems get handled once the guy running the place hears about them, and one customer likes that the location is close to home. Not every review is warm: one person complained about being quoted more for frequent visits and extra equipment. Call ahead if you want to know what's available.
