About Affordable Storage

This is a straightforward storage yard in Houston that takes RVs and boats. It has cameras, but some reviewers say the place does not feel very safe. One person mentioned people coming and going at all hours and drinking on the property. Another said the unit walls are thin tin and don't reach the ceiling. Reviews about the manager are all over the place. Several people call the manager rude and say customer service is poor. One reviewer felt singled out and treated unfairly. A long-term renter said new management turned from helpful to a nightmare. On the other side, one customer had a great experience with Kristy and called the rate great for their remodeling business. The facility is not air conditioned or sealed, which one reviewer noted makes it more industrial but also affordable. It is often close to fully rented. Hours are posted, but it is not open 24/7.
