About West Oaks Storage
West Oaks Storage sits on Westheimer Road in Houston and rents outdoor space along with standard self-storage and climate controlled units. RV owners have used the lot for years, and one reviewer stored belongings there for a decade before moving out. Easy in and out gate codes came up more than once. The lot is clean, and reviewers say they never had anything stolen or messed with. Cameras cover the grounds. The 3.8-star average across 19 reviews is mixed, though. One person called it overpriced for the climate controlled space they rented. Another was locked out when the gate rejected their code and found no emergency service to call. The manager has drawn both praise and a serious complaint. Some renters call management wonderful. One described harassment during a contract signing. Hours are posted, and the office is not open around the clock. Ask the facility manager about current pricing before you sign.
