About Alamo Storage Facility - Utah Storage Center
Alamo Storage sits off Harrison Blvd in South Ogden, and reviewers say that easy access is one of the main draws. The place is fenced and lit, with cameras on site and electronic gate access. Covered storage is available for vehicles and boats as well as regular units. Reviews run mixed on management. One long-term tenant praises the office manager, Morgan, by name and says problems get handled. Another says a late fee was waived after a card changed, which they called a small thing that mattered. The pushback is about rate hikes and new rules, and one reviewer notes it is not a high-tech, finished-walls kind of place. On the physical side, people mention dirty street grit tracking into units and ice in winter. A 26-foot U-Haul made it through fine, and one reviewer called the units clean and the facility secure. There is a military discount, autopay and email billing, and a manager lives on site.

“Nice friendly staff. Good facility. When my credit card number changed and the bill didn’t get automatically paid one month, they understood and waived the late fee. Little things like that make it a 5-star storage facility.” – John L., 6 years ago, on Google
“I have been with Alamo Storage for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect. If I have a problem, Morgan (office manager), has always tried to help. She is awesome to talk to. I am very happy with the service they provide.” – LeeAnn F., 2 years ago, on Google
“Awesome storage facility. Highly recommend. Had 2 units that held our belongings for several months during a cross-state move. No issues at all. Clean units. Secure facility. Enough room to get our 26ft U-Haul through.” – Logan G., 3 years ago, on Google
