About All American City Self Storage
All American City Self Storage sits in DeSoto and handles more than household overflow. The place rents climate-controlled units and also parks vehicles and boats, so an RV can share the lot with the usual boxes and furniture. Moving supplies, dollies and carts are on hand, and you can rent and pay online. Reviews mostly come back to the staff, and Michelle's name shows up again and again. People describe her as patient and informative, walking them through the process and matching them to a unit that fits. One reviewer was in and out in under 15 minutes. Others mention a friendly manager, a clean unit, and feeling their belongings were safe. Not every review is warm. One person had a poor phone experience with customer service and said they would not recommend the location. Worth reading the full set before you sign. Hours are posted, so call ahead rather than counting on late-night access.
