About All Purpose Storage
All Purpose Storage sits just off US-70 in Swannanoa, a straight shot from Black Mountain, Grovemont and east Asheville. You get indoor and outdoor storage, plus space for RVs, boats, motorcycles and other vehicles. The lot is gated with cameras, and units are drive-up with room to turn a rig around. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot. Julia and the crew get named for being friendly, answering questions and making the paperwork easy. One person said they got a same-day move-out so they didn't pay for another month. Others note the units are clean and the prices are fair. A few things to know: some reviewers say rates have gone up more than once and the place is no longer locally owned. One mentioned a gate left open for weeks, another said a gate wasn't closing. If security is your main concern, ask about the gate status when you call.
