About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits on Swannanoa River Road in Asheville, serving Royal Pines, Arden and Biltmore. RV owners drop rigs here, and one recent reviewer wished their space was a little larger but said it would work. Parking comes with the rest of the lot: cameras, climate-controlled units and wide driveways. Staff get most of the love. Reviewers keep naming Chandra for being patient and helping them pick the right size, and the word accommodating comes up a lot. People also call the place clean and well lit, with easy access. Setup tends to be quick, and last-minute availability has helped a few folks out. One thing worth knowing before you commit. Reviews after Hurricane Helene say the Swannanoa River Road facility was destroyed and customers were kept away, with little information from the company. If that matters to you, read the recent reviews yourself before signing anything.
