About American Way Storage
American Way Storage runs five facilities around Shelbyville, and RV and boat owners are part of the mix. The setup is gated with a PIN, cameras cover the grounds, and bright LED lighting keeps things visible after dark. You can get in any day, any hour. Reviews point to clean grounds and units, a fast sign-up, and staff who answer questions quickly. One reviewer had a toy hauler that didn't fit a unit rented elsewhere; a call to American Way got a contract done before they arrived. Others like being able to look at a couple of sizes before picking one, and a few mention billing reminders and online payment. Rentals are month to month, so there's no long commitment. It's locally owned and veteran operated. Not every review is positive, and one complaint about a unit mix-up is worth reading yourself before you commit.
