About Anchor Storage, LLC
Anchor Storage sits in a quiet part of Shorewood, and locals point to the price: one reviewer who lives in Plainfield said the north side options cost too much and made the drive south. The place is fenced and lighted, with controlled gate access and 24-hour video surveillance. A reviewer of 10-plus years called it secure, clean, and orderly. Staff get regular mentions. A woman on the phone was described as very professional and kind, and a long-term customer said the service is second to none. Most feedback is positive. One reviewer did say they were hung up on mid-call, so the phone experience isn't perfect for everyone. Rentals run month to month, and an on-site manager handles the property. Units come in a range of sizes at rates described as competitive by customers. RVs, cars, boats, and household goods are all stored here. Plan to call ahead if you want a specific size.
