About Armor Storage - Twin City
Armor Storage - Twin City sits in Council Bluffs and handles self-storage plus space for cars, boats and RVs. The place pulls a 4.4 from 165 Google reviews, which is solid for a storage lot. Most of what people write about comes down to the staff, and one name keeps coming up. Sam gets called out again and again for being kind, remembering details about people's lives, and working with customers on payments when money gets tight. One reviewer rented a unit online on a Sunday afternoon, got the gate code and unit number right away, and had Sam call the next day to check they got in fine. Not every note is glowing. One person said other tenants' belongings were blocking the back, which made getting to units back there a pain. Worth knowing if you end up in that row. Otherwise the comments point to clean units, easy access and fair prices. Call ahead for hours and availability.
