About B&C Storage
B&C Storage runs a self-storage spot in Baldwinsville, part of a Central New York company with more than 30 years in the business. You get 24-hour gated access and digital surveillance across the property. Units come in regular and climate-controlled options, and indoor storage is available. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. People say they were greeted right away, shown around, and set up with a unit, access code, and a free padlock in about 15 minutes. Several mention the booking process by phone and getting their code entered on the spot. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, with people calling the interior spotless, well lit, and held around 71 degrees in the climate-controlled space. One reviewer flagged a leaking end unit that damaged belongings over a winter. Worth asking about when you tour. Others have stayed 10+ years and say they would not go anywhere else.
