About Bailey Road Storage
Bailey Road Storage sits in Manvel, just down the road from Pearland, and the owners bill it as low cost RV and boat storage. Their own words: priced right, not overpriced. If you have been calling around and getting quotes that make you wince, this is one to put on the list to compare. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across 11 reviews, and the thread running through them is staff. Reviewers call the owner friendly and attentive, and one mentions a staff member walking through all the details before they signed on. Quick and friendly comes up too. One long-time renter said they have enjoyed their time at the facility. Some reviews on the listing talk about renting vans and trucks rather than parking a rig, so read those with that in mind. For RV and boat owners, the draw is straightforward: low cost rates, helpful people, and a location that works for the Pearland and Manvel side of the county.
