About Bayou Storage Solutions UHAUL + Packing / Shipping Supplies
Bayou Storage Solutions runs its Lake Charles operation off Ernest Street, a quick hop from I-210 and W 18th. The office for both local facilities sits at 112 W 11th St. Reviewers mention 24-hour access and room for RVs and boats alongside regular temperature controlled units. It's also a U-Haul dealer, so trucks and packing supplies are on hand if you're mid-move. The office staff gets credit in reviews. One customer said Becky called and texted to keep a pickup on schedule, and others describe the crew as helpful with decent rates. The spot is about a block from the mall, which one reviewer flagged as handy. Not every review is warm. A few people describe billing trouble, including double charges and a payment mix-up, and one complained about how a unit was handled during a move-out. Others mention issues with the online tools. The rating sits at 4.2 across 36 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
