Best Self Storage - Holloman Highway

About Best Self Storage - Holloman Highway

Best Self Storage sits on Holloman Highway in Alamogordo and handles self storage plus car, boat and RV parking. There is no on-site manager, so you call ahead and a remote staff member walks you through picking a unit and setting it up. Rental agreements can be done online or by text, and online payments are accepted. The reviews are mixed, and the complaints tend to land on the same few things. People mention the gate and the pin pad acting up, and more than one reviewer describes getting stuck inside or locked out. A couple of folks said reaching someone by phone was a struggle. One reviewer, though, was pleased with the service and called the rates very reasonable. It is a straightforward, phone-run operation rather than a staffed office, so plan on sorting details before you show up. Call ahead and confirm the gate is working before you haul a rig over.
