About Better Self Storage
Better Self Storage sits on Polk Avenue in West Memphis and rents standard and climate-controlled units for household, business, and vehicle storage. Access is available around the clock and cameras watch the grounds. U-Haul truck rental is offered on site, which helps on move-in day. Reviews are mixed, and it's worth knowing that going in. Several people mention helpful staff, and one long-term renter says management has been good over the years. Others describe surprise fees, a unit that was locked after being rented, and doors that need repair or leak. Staff responsiveness comes up in reviews both ways, with some praising it and at least one calling it rude. With a 4.2 rating across 36 reviews, the place has fans and detractors. If you are comparing lots in West Memphis, read the recent reviews yourself and ask about fees and unit condition before you sign.
