About Big Ben's Moving & Storage - South Salt Lake
Big Ben's on South 700 West runs a storage facility that also handles RVs, boats, cars, and regular household stuff. Indoor storage is available, along with climate-controlled options and paved vehicle parking. The lot is gated with video surveillance and electronic access, and it is open 24/7. Reviews are mixed, and the moving side gets most of the complaints. One customer described serious damage during an October 2025 move and a rough time afterward. Others praise the crews by name for working hard and communicating. On the storage side, a long-term tenant of six years said problems got fixed and the perimeter and gate upgrades made it more secure. The helpful staff comes up often in reviews, along with the team leadership on moves. If you are parking a rig, the indoor space and gated entry are the main draws.
