Reviewers often mention the front office staff, especially Aidee, for being friendly and explaining things clearly. The rental process is easy, and many note the clean units and grounds. The facility has gated access and security features like alarm monitoring. Online payments are available, and leases are month-to-month. Customers also mention dollies and moving carts, plus packing supplies on site.
