About Storage Max
Storage Max in Yuma is a neighborhood self-storage spot that also handles RVs and boats. It's a self-storage facility at heart, and reviews often mention the staff by name, especially the manager. People say she's polite and goes out of her way to help. Units are described as clean and easy to get to. One reviewer with a big U-Haul called ahead and the gate was open when they arrived. Long-term renters talk about feeling safe and being treated fairly over several years. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews mention rent increases without notice and fees that felt high. Others say the office hours can be unpredictable. But plenty of people keep renting here, and many say they'd rent again. It's worth a look if you're parking a rig in Yuma and want a staff that knows their stuff.
