About Brown's Storage and Rentals
Brown's Storage and Rentals is a family owned operation that has been running since 1992, set on the edge of Hickory in the Bethlehem community. It's a small town setup, and reviewers often bring up the owners, describing them as caring and easy to reach when something comes up. The facility is gated with 24/7 surveillance, and one reviewer noted new electrical gates going in during a visit. Reviewers mention security more than anything else. Worth knowing: one review describes a break-in at a unit on the back side where there were no cameras. Others call the grounds well maintained and up to date, and a few point to the easy drive from Hickory and Taylorsville. RV parking and storage is one of the offerings, alongside boat storage, climate control and dry storage. There are also trailer rentals. Availability, online renting and bill pay are handled through the website.
