About Budget Mini Storage - East Long Mesa Prescott Valley
Budget Mini Storage sits near Hwy 89A and Long Mesa Drive in Prescott Valley. It's a self-storage facility with indoor and outdoor options, and every unit has drive-up access so you can back right up to load or unload. Reviewers repeatedly bring up the on-site manager. One person called her personable and knowledgeable, and another said a staff member showed up in under five minutes when a gate code stopped working. People also mention the grounds staying clean, the doors sealing well against dirt, and cameras around the property. Units are raised so they drain in the rain, and you can bring your own combination lock. The online lease signing gets called smooth, and the staff is described as understanding about late payments.
