About Budget Self Storage
Budget Self Storage sits in Windsor Hills and offers gated self-storage. Online reviews are mixed. Some people had smooth setups and liked the secure feel. Others ran into trouble. One reviewer emailed and called for three days with no answer, then found the office in disrepair. A winter special listed on the website had expired but was still posted. The person they spoke to said they were the manager but didn't seem to care. Staff experiences vary. Gaspar helped one customer pick the right unit size and showed them around, which made the process easy. Crystal answered questions with a good attitude and reassured a couple before a big move. But another reviewer said a manager shared their personal information with someone else, which turned into a legal matter. People mention fair pricing and easy online payments. The place feels secure with gated access, and units are described as clean and well-maintained in some reviews. If you go, ask about current specials and confirm the price before you sign.
