About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits on W Centinela Ave in Los Angeles, with covered and outdoor spots for rigs along with standard storage units. The property is gated and has cameras, and staff members get named in reviews again and again for walking people through unit sizes and the rental process without rushing. Reviewers bring up the elevators and lifts, the loading dock, and carts on hand, plus access hours and what they call a fair rate. One person described a staff member patiently showing several units before they picked a size. The negatives are worth knowing too: one reviewer complained about roaches and an old building, and another reported a break-in and said the company was unhelpful afterward. High ratings overall, but read the full reviews and see the space yourself before you commit. If you need a spot for a boat or car as well, those categories are listed.

What renters mention
“Jesus was amazing in helping me out today! He showed me at least 2-3 units and I was able to make a super informed decision on the size unit that I needed. I felt bad for having him walk around so much but he didn’t mind!” – Adrian D., 6 months ago, on Google
“Michelle Bermejo was incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable throughout my experience. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, very honest — which is honestly rare these days.” – Zihan Z., 5 months ago, on Google
“Diego was very warm, friendly and helpful. The unit I got had a door that was block by security cameras and doorway was too small for my item. Diego took care of it with ease and found a unit that worked perfectly.” – shanae s., a month ago, on Google
