About Budget Storage
Budget Storage sits in Yuba City and runs as a self-storage spot that also takes boats and RVs. The gate is locked and cameras cover the property, which reviewers bring up when they talk security. One noted it is quiet with little traffic and few break-ins for the area. Staff come up often in the reviews, and the word that shows up most is friendly. People mention an on-site manager by name and describe help with gate codes, locks, and moving schedules. One reviewer rented for years and called the service personable. A family that stores there says they have used it for a while. The reviews are not all praise. One tenant wrote that a change in management led to late fees piling up for months without a call or email first. It is a 4.1 across 71 Google reviews, so most people land on the positive side. Hours are posted, so call ahead rather than assume the gate is open around the clock.
