About Storage Star
Storage Star sits in Yuba City and runs as a self-storage facility that also takes RVs, boats, and cars. The gates are locked and the place is lit, with 24/7 access and cameras. Online payments and packing supplies are part of the setup. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Janelle and Jocelyn come up by name, described as patient and quick to help. One person set up a rental online and only stopped in for a gate code. Others call the units clean and the grounds secure, with no strangers hanging around. Clear communication shows up often, and so do the cameras. A few long-term customers flag steady rate increases as a downside. It is worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign. Folks who stay mention the staff as the reason.
