About Castle Storage
Castle Storage on Logan Ave handles self storage plus RV, boat, and vehicle parking for Waterloo and the Cedar Valley. The lot is fenced and gated with security cameras, and you can get to your unit any hour of the day. There's an on-site resident manager, and online bill pay saves a trip to the office. Reviewers have kind words for the staff, calling them friendly and helpful, and the location works for folks in Cedar Falls, Evansdale, and Black Hawk County. Some note the grounds are clean and the area feels secure. Other reviews point out problems: mice in units and a smell that ruined belongings, and one person reported a break-in. If you're storing an RV or boat here, it's worth asking about pest control and security before you sign.
