About Forward Storage
Forward Storage on K Line Drive in Waterloo handles more than just household goods. They rent indoor and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars, with pull-thru spaces that make loading and unloading easier. Parking spots go up to 10x52, so bigger rigs have a place to go. The lot is gated and has 24-hour cameras. What people say in reviews is mixed. Several folks mention Lisa by name and call her helpful, polite, and easy to work with. Others say the same about Jeremy and Luis. But some recent reviews complain about phone calls not being returned and a gate left open with no one around. One reviewer described mice getting into a unit. The rating sits at 4.0 from 50 reviews, so read a few before you commit. If you want to ask about availability, calling is an option. You can also reserve a space online.
