About Chemawa Road Storage
Chemawa Road Storage sits in Keizer and handles both indoor and outdoor spots for RVs, autos and boats, plus regular self-storage units. The place is gated, and the staff pitches itself as full-service, helping businesses and individuals pick the right unit. Reviews land in the middle: 4.0 stars across 33 of them. Several people mention the front counter guy being nice and helpful, and one reviewer thanked a male employee for treating them like a friend. A couple of people call out good prices or rent. Others have gripes. Online payment has been a sore spot, with one reviewer saying they could never get a reply by email and another wishing monthly fees could be paid online. Someone else reported calls not returned and the unit area being closed off with no notice. Most recently a renter said a billing problem got fixed right away, kindly and professionally. Hours are posted but the office is not open around the clock.
