About Climate Masters Self Storage and U-Haul
Climate Masters sits in Saraland and handles more than storage. It's also a U-Haul dealer, so trucks and trailers are part of the mix. Reviewers who rented trucks mention the same staff by name as the people who helped sort out problems. The lot and units come up as clean and well kept in the reviews. Several people say they drive past closer storage to use this one. Others point to polite, efficient staff and rates they call reasonable. A few reviewers followed one employee over from another facility. One arrived after closing with a code that wouldn't work and says the office was opened just to help. New management gets mentioned too, mostly in a good way. Call ahead for hours and availability.
