About Columbia Self Storage
Columbia Self Storage sits in Cornville, Arizona, and rents units for everyday storage plus space for RVs, boats, and vehicles. The place runs without anyone on-site. You handle the paperwork over the phone, and reviewers say that process went smoothly. People who left reviews mention how quick setup was, with several calling it simple enough to wonder if they did it right. Staff follow up by text and call the next business day to walk you through next steps. Denise gets named for steering someone into the right size and saving money, and Matt gets credit for solving problems and staying friendly. Security comes up as a reason people stay. One reviewer said it is a good spot if you want to feel secure about your things. There is a gripe about autopay dates: a customer paid monthly on the 3rd and got locked out of the gate from the 1st until payment. Worth knowing if your payday lands after the first.

“Very easy to get setup and moved in, very good prices and helpful people…my only gripe would be no flexibility with date for ‘auto pay’. Very inconvenient to budget for paying on the 1st, when i only get paid once per month on the 3rd!” – J, 4 months ago, on Google
“This was an absolute joy reserving and contracting for a storage unit. Everything was very easy, and I received text notifications on updates and they were making sure I had everything I needed. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!” – Kelly H., 5 months ago, on Google
“Very simple and easy to secure our unit. So simple I was almost unsure if I did it correctly! I was contacted first thing the next business day (I signed up after business hours) to make sure I knew next steps. Very easy!” – Ashley H., 9 months ago, on Google
