About Community Self Storage, Inc.
Community Self Storage sits in South Hadley, Massachusetts, and runs a gated lot with room for more than just boxes, since boat and RV storage are among the categories it lists. It holds a 4.3 rating across 72 Google reviews. Reviewers often call the staff friendly and accommodating. Several mention the place is clean and that the area feels secure. One person renting for years said they felt their things were stored safely. The owner gets credit too, with one customer saying he went out of his way to help when picking up in person was a problem. Not every review is kind. One complaint described a canceled unit and a rough visit to the office. Another described a gate code that stopped working and a call that went unanswered, and a third mentioned noise from motorcycles nearby on summer evenings. It is worth reading through the reviews before you commit.
