About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits east of Cincinnati in the Linwood area, reachable from Columbia Parkway and Beechmont Avenue. The facility offers climate controlled units plus vehicle storage for cars, boats and RVs. Office hours apply, so plan your visit rather than showing up late. Reviewers single out the staff again and again. Matthew, the manager, gets named for being polite and responsive, and Ken and Stacey earned praise for a rate that was honored as promised. One customer mentioned Zoey smoothing out a moving situation. Kind staff is the most common theme, and the sign up process comes up as easy. A few reviewers mention a first month free, short term storage and a secure facility. The rating is 4.7 across 437 Google reviews. Not everything is glowing: one long term tenant left after a rate increase on a unit without heat or air. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
