About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the east side of Cincinnati has a 4.9-star rating from more than 900 Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, like Nick, Marvin, and Sarah, and call them helpful and honest. One reviewer moved from Pickerington and said the team saved the day after a bad experience elsewhere. The facility is described as clean, well-lit, and secure. Reviewers note that a representative is on the property, which made them feel better about leaving their belongings. The sign-up process gets called quick and easy, and Sarah A. was singled out for explaining RV travel trailer storage in detail. This location offers large, medium, and small units. It's wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. The office has set hours, so it's not a 24/7 gate. If you need a spot for an RV or just extra gear, the reviews point to a well-run operation with people who pay attention.
