About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits off Interstate 85 in Duluth, northeast of downtown Atlanta and close to Gwinnett Place Mall. If you're already running errands around Sullivan Drive, swinging by to check units is a short detour. The place rents more than storage. Reviewers mention U-Haul trucks and trailers, and several talk about touring unit sizes before signing. Climate control is among the features listed, and there are units in a range of sizes. A few people who left reviews have been customers for years. What comes through most in the reviews is the front desk. Jelisa gets named again and again for walking people through the rental process, answering questions, and staying patient when the lobby is busy. One reviewer said she handled ten customers and the phones at once. Others describe the crew as polite and quick to respond. The rating sits at 4.8 from 646 reviews. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you're coming by outside them.
