About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Duluth side runs a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Units come in small, medium and large sizes, so there is room for a rig or the overflow from the garage. The site has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. With 1,253 Google reviews and a 4.9 average, the feedback leans heavily on the people. Reviewers describe staff as polite, friendly and thorough, and several mention particular employees by name for walking them through unit sizes and lease terms. Others note a welcoming atmosphere and quick resolution when something comes up. A few reviewers booked at the last minute and said the team worked around their schedule. Temperature control comes up more than once, as does a clean unit at move-in and again at move-out. One long-time customer's family has stayed for years on the strength of the service. Hours are posted, but the office is not open around the clock. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
