About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits off Chagrin Boulevard near Shaker Towne Centre in Shaker Heights. It handles more than household goods: car storage, boat storage, covered spots, and heated and climate controlled units are all on the list, along with packing supplies, dollies, and a move-in truck. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Jeff and Dom get named for walking customers through units and answering questions without rushing. The building itself draws praise too, with several reviewers calling the hallways and public areas spotless and the units clean and easy to reach. Check-in is described as straightforward, though one long-term renter said the rate climbed steadily over six years. The location works for Case Western Reserve students stashing furniture for the summer and for anyone who needs a spot between trips to Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
