About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Bedford Heights and handles more than household clutter. The listing includes indoor units and larger drive-up spaces with rollup doors that are marked for boat or vehicle use, so there is room for an RV or a trailer alongside the usual boxes. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Keith gets credit for walking a new renter through the contract and the liability side without pressure. Ashly and Heidi come up for patience with first-timers and for calling when a unit door was left unlocked. Polite, helpful, welcoming are the words that repeat across the feedback. Gate access runs around the clock, and the place has a 4.7 rating from 494 reviews. The lot is wheelchair accessible. Online eRental lets you skip the counter if you would rather go straight to the unit. A few people mention a frozen lock, so colder months may take some patience.
