About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Smyrna, Tennessee, and the reviews come in strong: a 4.9 average across more than 1,000 of them. People keep bringing up the same things. Friendly staff, by name in a few reviews, who walk you through the rental without fuss. Clean, spacious units. A U-Haul truck ready when you need one, even close to closing time. Climate-controlled storage is on the menu, along with boat storage and packing and moving supplies if you'd rather not make a second trip. Online payments save you a drive. Carts and dollies are on hand for the hauling part. One reviewer flagged that online check-in takes a while, since you have to snap photos and fish the key out of the box. Get there early if you're on a clock. Otherwise the reports are quick and easy, with staff who seem glad to help. The lot is wheelchair accessible, entrance and parking both.

“The U-Haul was clear and free of clutter and didn’t have an odor. The online check in process takes a while so if you’re in a hurry get there early because you have to take pictures and get the key out the box.” – Makiya W., 4 months ago, on Google
“I have just used Compass Self Storage for the first time. My time and experience here has been wonderful. The storage units are clean and spacious, I have also rented a Uhaul through Compass twice, with no issues.” – Lanita W., 8 months ago, on Google
“Cathy, was great in assisting mee in getting a rental truck at the last minute!!! All the office personnel were friendly and smiling even though I picked this truck with only about ten minutes left before closing time.” – William W., 4 months ago, on Google
