About Pack Rat Mini Storage
Pack Rat Mini Storage sits in Smyrna and has built a 4.7 rating across 116 Google reviews, largely on how it treats people. Reviewers name staff members directly, calling them friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. One customer has rented here since 2011 and says nothing has gone wrong in all that time. The physical side gets consistent nods too. People describe clean, organized units and secured grounds, and a few mention the space worked out well for what they needed to store. One reviewer said the whole rental process took about 10 minutes before they could get to their unit. Access is another thing renters bring up. Someone who works long hours said they can come in basically anytime, which mattered to them. One longtime customer did note the rates run a little higher than other places they rent from. It's locally owned and managed, and the office is staffed every day of the week.
