About CubeSmart Self Storage
This CubeSmart sits on Savannah Hwy in Charleston. Reviewers bring up Cherokee by name more than once. She walked one person out to the units, answered questions, and explained the size differences. Another said she came back to help them get their camper settled in. Online rental gets mentioned too. One reviewer set up the whole thing day-of without stepping into the office. Others liked reaching a live person by phone. One noted the unit was hard to find because the building designation wasn't posted, so ask at the desk if you get turned around. The facility is gated, has cameras, and offers climate-controlled units. RV owners should confirm covered options when they reserve. Reviews run mixed on upkeep, so it's worth walking your spot before you sign.

What renters mention
“Cherokee ask me to leave a review which I do not usually take the time. It is nice to meet a person that was very pleasant through the process of renting a storage unit. No one wants to rent a storage unit .” – James, 3 months ago, on Google
“Cherokee was great! She was heading out to another location but stopped and came back to get us moved in with our camper and made sure we were all settled and understood the process! She was very friendly and professional!” – Nancy E., 8 months ago, on Google
“Phone call to set up account was great and the pricing was very affordable. It was good to speak to a live person! Locating the actual storage unit was difficult. The unit number was identified but not the building designation.” – Patti S., 2 months ago, on Google
