About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage on Lancaster Ave in Frazer is a corporate facility with covered storage and a gated lot watched by cameras. Reviewers often mention Chuck and Ryan by name, saying the staff is courteous and the manager helpful. One customer was skeptical when CubeSmart took over a small family-run place but was won over by the friendly service and a walk-through to the unit. Another got a tour and parked a Jeep for the winter, calling the process easy from start to finish. Not every review is positive. One person warned that rates can rise within a few months and late fees add up fast, and said snow gets plowed against unit doors, leaving you to dig out. The facility also offers climate-controlled units and sells moving supplies like boxes and tape. Online payments and contact-free rental are available.
