About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on King Road in West Chester is a self-storage facility, and the reviews lean heavily on one person: Bill, the manager. Reviewers describe him helping with everything from a last-minute reservation to cutting a lost lock and suggesting a digital lock. Many say he explained the options and found them the right unit for their budget. Unit selection comes up often, and the place sits at 4.9 stars across 402 Google reviews. Reviewers mention climate-controlled units and a clean facility. One person stored belongings through a rainy, snowy year without issues. A few mention renting online and using an app to open the gate instead of remembering a code. The lot is gated and there's a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Payments are described as easy, and several reviewers say they'd recommend it. It's a self-storage facility, so call ahead if you're specifically parking an RV or boat.
