About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on Southern Branch Drive in Jonesboro, and the place has built a 4.9-star reputation from 170 Google reviews. Reviewers often bring up the staff, with names like Gerald and Terrence coming up for being respectful and informed. People also call the facility clean and new-looking. For RV owners, there's covered storage mentioned among the options. The property is gated and has security cameras, plus climate control for sensitive items. Access runs through a smartphone app for the gate, building, and unit door. One reviewer found the app handy and felt safe; another found it a hassle when hauling boxes. If you're parking a long trailer, one review notes the lot is narrow with mismatched lines and poles, so backing in can be tricky. But overall, reviewers describe a welcoming office and a secure setup. Moving supplies like tape and boxes are sold on site, and you can rent online.
