About U Storage
U Storage on the Jonesboro side has been renting units since 2016. Both drive-up and climate-controlled units are available, and the place is staffed on site. Access is free 24/7, and rates lock for a year. Reviews mostly talk about the staff. Jessica, Bianca, and Brittany come up by name for walking people to units, explaining the rules, and even hooking up a towed car for a U-Haul rental. People also mention the cameras around the property and clean units with doors that open and close easily. Not every review is glowing. One long-time renter says billing rules changed without a new contract, and another pointed out the gate was open and the wrong Jonesboro location was easy to confuse with the one out on Hwy 18. Moving supplies and truck rental are on site too.
